Liability Waiver

HUB CITY GOLF CLUB — LIABILITY WAIVER

Effective August 14, 2026

By booking a bay or using the Hub City Golf Club facility, you agree to

the following on behalf of yourself and everyone in your group.

KNOW THE RISKS

Indoor golf involves swinging golf clubs and fast-moving golf balls in

a shared space. Risks include, but are not limited to: being struck by

a club or ball, ricochets, slips, trips and falls, muscle strains and

other physical injury, and damage to personal property. These risks

can't be completely eliminated, even when everyone uses reasonable

care.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK

By using the facility, you voluntarily accept these risks and take full

responsibility for your own safety and that of any minors or guests you

bring — including risks arising from the actions of other guests.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by Maryland law, you release Hub City

Golf Club, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims arising

out of your use of the facility, including claims based on ordinary

negligence. This release does not apply to gross negligence,

recklessness, or intentional misconduct.

SAFETY RULES

- Stay clear of the hitting area whenever a simulator is in use.

- Keep a safe distance from anyone swinging a club.

- Follow all posted rules and staff instructions.

- Supervise minors in your group at all times.

Sessions may be ended without a refund for unsafe behavior. You are

responsible for the cost of repairing or replacing Club property

damaged through misuse by you or your group.

PERSONAL PROPERTY

Hub City Golf Club is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged

personal belongings, including golf clubs and other equipment you bring

to the facility.
