HUB CITY GOLF CLUB — TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Effective August 14, 2026

By booking a bay, purchasing a membership, or using our facility, you

agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. WHO CAN USE THE FACILITY

Guests under 18 must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or

guardian, except when participating in a scheduled youth program or

lesson. You are responsible for anyone in your group.

2. BOOKINGS AND PAYMENT

Reservations are made online through our booking provider and are

recommended to guarantee your spot. Walk-ins are welcome when a bay is

open. Payment is due in full at the time of booking. Bays accommodate

up to 4 players. Rates are posted on our website and may change without

notice; changes don't affect bookings you've already paid for.

3. CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS, AND NO-SHOWS

You can cancel your booking using the link in the confirmation text

message you received when you reserved.

- Cancellations made more than 3 hours before your booking receive a

full refund.

- Cancellations made within 3 hours of your booking receive a 50%

refund.

- No-shows are not refunded.

Please arrive on time — your session ends at its scheduled time

regardless of when you start.

4. MEMBERSHIPS

Memberships are individual and non-transferable. Annual memberships

are paid up front and are non-refundable. Monthly memberships may be

canceled anytime, but no refunds are given for a partial month.

Membership pricing and benefits may change with notice.

Members with 24/7 access: your access credentials are for you alone —

don't share door codes, keys, or fobs. Guests must be accompanied by

the member at all times, and the member is responsible for their guests'

conduct and any damage they cause.

5. CONDUCT AND CARE OF EQUIPMENT

We want everyone to have a good time. Please treat the facility, the

equipment, our staff, and other guests with respect, and follow posted

rules and staff instructions. We may end a session — without a refund —

for disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior.

Use simulators, clubs, and other equipment as intended. You are

responsible for the cost of repairing or replacing anything damaged

through misuse by you or your group.

6. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Golf involves swinging clubs and fast-moving balls in a shared space.

Stay aware of your surroundings, keep a safe distance from anyone

swinging, and never step in front of the hitting area while a simulator

is in use. By using the facility, you accept the ordinary risks of

indoor golf. To the fullest extent permitted by Maryland law, Hub City

Golf Club is not liable for injuries or losses arising from those

ordinary risks or from failure to follow safety rules or staff

instructions.

7. VIDEO SURVEILLANCE AND PHOTOS

Our facility uses video surveillance for safety and security. We

occasionally take photos or video at the club for marketing (including

during leagues and events). If you'd prefer not to appear in marketing

material, just tell a staff member and we'll accommodate you.

8. GIFT CARDS

Gift cards are redeemable for services at Hub City Golf Club and are

not redeemable for cash except where required by law.

9. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a membership for

violation of these terms or for conduct that is disruptive, unlawful,

or unsafe.

10. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes

take effect when posted on our website, and continued use of the

facility means you accept them.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.
