HUB CITY GOLF CLUB — PRIVACY POLICY

Effective August 14, 2026

We keep this simple: we collect your information to run bookings, answer

your questions, and tell you about what's happening at the club. We never

sell your information or share it with anyone for their own marketing.

WHAT WE COLLECT

We receive information about you in a few ways:

- Bookings: when you reserve a bay, our booking provider (Booked Bays)

collects your name, email, phone number, and payment details. Payments

are processed by Booked Bays and its payment processor — we never see

or store your full card number.

- Contacting us: if you call, email, or message us on social media, we

receive whatever you choose to share (typically your name and contact

info).

- Browsing our website: we use cookies and similar tools (described

below) that collect information about how you use our site.

HOW WE USE IT

We use your information to:

- Manage your reservations and send you messages about your bookings,

like confirmations or schedule changes.

- Respond to your questions.

- Send you marketing messages — like texts or emails about specials,

leagues, and events at the club. These come only from us. You can opt

out anytime: reply STOP to any text, or use the unsubscribe link in

any email.

We never sell or rent your personal information, and we don't share it

with other businesses for their own marketing.

COOKIES AND TRACKING

Our website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our

site, and the Meta (Facebook) pixel to measure our advertising and show

you relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram. These tools use cookies and

may collect information like your device, browser, and the pages you

visit. You can limit this through your browser's cookie settings,

Google's opt-out tools, or your Facebook ad preferences.

Some pages also include content from third parties — the Booked Bays

booking calendar, an embedded Google Map, and links to our social media

pages. Those services operate under their own privacy policies.

WHEN WE SHARE INFORMATION

We share information only with the service providers we need to operate —

like our booking and payment provider and the analytics and advertising

tools above — and only so they can do their jobs for us. We may also

disclose information if the law requires it.

YOUR CHOICES

- Marketing: opt out of texts by replying STOP, or emails via the

unsubscribe link. You'll still get messages about bookings you've made.

- Your information: want to see, correct, or delete what we have about

you? Email us at info@hubcitygolfclub.com and we'll take care of it.

A FEW MORE THINGS

- Children: our website isn't directed at children under 13, and we

don't knowingly collect their information.

- Security: we take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no

online system is 100% secure.

- Changes: if we update this policy, we'll post the new version here

with a new effective date.
