HUB CITY GOLF CLUB — CANCELLATION POLICY

Effective August 14, 2026

HOW TO CANCEL

Cancel your booking using the link in the confirmation text message you

received when you made your reservation. Can't find it? Email

info@hubcitygolfclub.com or call 301-888-7775 and we'll help.

REFUNDS

- More than 3 hours before your booking: full refund.

- Within 3 hours of your booking: 50% refund.

- No-shows: no refund.

Refunds go back to your original payment method.

NEED TO CHANGE YOUR TIME?

Cancel and rebook anytime before the 3-hour window and you won't pay

anything extra. If you're inside the window, call us and we'll do our

best to move your booking instead.

IF WE CANCEL

If we have to close or cancel your session — weather, equipment issues,

or anything else on our end — you'll get a full refund or a

rescheduled time, your choice.
